Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 – Consumer Review

Dear Sir, I had purchased a Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 Model No-A102, from SIDDIQUI COMMUNICATION,( Mob:97588-76111, 97192-13343)Near Factory Railway Crossing, Nainital Road Baheri-243201, Dist-Bareilly vide Cash Memo No- 626 Dated.12.11.2015

After 6 months it”s Touch screen was not working for that reason as it was under warranty period i have handed over it at Micromax Service center, Annu Service Agency-Shop No-1134,OPP Noorani Masjid,Agra Road,Dhule ( Maharashtra) Tel.02562-223786,Mail ID. annuservice_dhule@mmxcheckpoint.com on datd.21.05.2016 vide job sheet No- W030546-0516-23489023. But as three Months has been passed the service center is saying me to talk with micromax office. How a general customer will believe in such kind of service proveder. Kindly look into the matter seriously and take necessary action at the earliest. Your Quick and earlier action in this regard is highly required for resolve of the same.
