Micromax Canvas – Facing the problem of auto-Touch no response from store

This is to bring to your kind attention that I have deposited my Micromax Canvas-Lite Model A-92 on 07-12-2013, under Job Sheet No. No. 30813-1213-6845076, Dt. 07-12-2013. But up-till now I have not received any intimation about it even after more than 23 days long. I would like to know that how long it will take more for the same. As this is a new handset just 1.5 months old. Facing the problem of auto-Touch (touch working automatically). Now it is almost a month that my Phone is lying at your service center. Please tell me that whether I have made a fault or crime by buying a Mobile phone of Micromax? Nowadays there are so many other companies in the market & it does not suits the good brand like Micromax to to harass its consumers like this. As the Parts are not available even with the company & at your service centres too.

I hereby also request you to please help me to get replacement with the new handset as if the parts are not available at the Company’s end. Where is the fault of the consumer (Mine). As this is a new handset just 2 months old. And from the last 23 days Mobile is been with Service centre only.
