i went the service center in morning 10:30 am they provided me token no for service. my token no was 4. after waiting half and hour process will start. my turn will come at 11:00 am . i wait till 11:45 for update my phone. no answer from your people. i just go inside the cabin and ask how much time will u take . they replyed me. your phone is updated . i said let me check . they told me wait . i need to enter IEMI number in system. but i still curious to know how was 4.2 so i taken my phone without asking him to check the what are the update . and what i see my phone is still running 4.1.. means they are lied to me. i ask them it is not updated, after one minute silence he replyed, there was some problem is coming after update your cell phone. so we are downgrade your os to 4.1 i asked what next? he replyed , come after few days . i asked again are you sure next time u will able to update it successfully. they replyed , not sure. that means i have to visit servel times to update my phone to cervice center. i asked to provide me call/service report ,mention that phone is not updating. they are not agree to provide that. i asked to u must provide me a report .for further step. so he write , jellybean 4.2 upgrade problem on my bill xerox copy i also tryed the same via facebook social media to mmx but there ware not further responce
Need to Update my Cell Phone to jelly bean 4.2. if it is not updateing . replace the same
