micromax canvas HD mobile got DEAD in 3 days

Hi Team, i bought a micromax canvas HD A116 on 6th of January 2014 and it got dead on 11th of January 2014,i went to micromax service center for support but they did not resolve my issue and did not log my complaint.they made my job sheet for DOA on 17th of January and asked to come on after 2 days when i went there for delivery their senior denied to log my complaint for DOA now he is saying that my mobile could be repair only,and made new job sheet i have both job sheet as proof now please brief me that what is my mistake that they did not raise my complaint and because of all of your team i have to use open mobile after 3 days use… i am sorry to say but if it doesn’t resolved i have to take some serious steps against them.
