I have purchased an Micromax Canvas HD on 31st May 2013. Within 6 months time is goes out of order 3 times. This time it has become total dead and its almost 15 days that I have handed over the hand set to there local Service Center at Kolkata. Now they are saying they don’t have the PCB and it will take atleast 1 month time to get it repaired. They are behaving very rudely and sometime threatening that what ever you want to do you are free. Request you to kindly help in getting My hand set or a replacement of the same. I want a replacement or refund for the same.
