My phone’s battery (Micromax Canvas 2 A-116) started swelling. I took it to service centre in Sector-16 and they said there’s problem in charging jack (which costs Rs 250) and they said complete screen would be replaced and put a charge of Rs 1850 on the jobsheet. For 2 weeks they kept delaying saying the part has not been received or saying that the part they received from company was already defective. After 2 weeks when I went to collect the phone they are saying the motherboard is not functioning and it has to be replaced and charging me Rs.4000 for replacement. My phone was in warranty when I submitted it for servicing.

I want the phone to be repaired or replaced without any cost. That’s the only compensation I seek.
