i have purchased a micromax canvas mobile at about month nov’2014 during warranty period my phone completely dead. i have deposited the phone company service centre uttam nagar nawada new delhi. at about today 40 days gone but my phone not repaired and service center employees day by day misguide my wife and me for repairing the same after 10 days and more days but till date my phone not repaire or nor assurance hence the complaint

i want filed a consumer court case against the company service centre
