Micromax – consume its battery very fast and stop working

1 On 5th November, 2013 I had purchased a mobile handset of company i.e. Micromax model no. Canvas 2 plus costing worth Rs 11500.00 from M/S M/s Chaudhary Mobile Communication Ner Chawk Distt Mandi H.P. vide cash memo number Cash Memo no. 323, dated 5.11.2013 I.M.E.I. no. 911314103702711 and 91131410374008712 (dual sim). But within one month i.e. in the month of December 2013, the above referred mobile handset started trouble, consume its battery very fast and stop working with one hour after full recharging. I personally made a complaint in this regard to the authorized service center i.e. M/s Asian Communication, Thanera Bazaar, and College Road Mandi H.P. (Sr No. 2). But your company didn’t took my complaint seriously and returned the same defected/faulty handset to me after installing new software with the assurance that this problem will never be repeated in future. But after one- two days, the same problem once again existed and I become unable to use properly this costly and faulty handset 2 After this, in the month of January 2014, once again I approached your authorize service center i.e. M/s Asian Communication, Thanera Bazaar, College Road Mandi H.P. (Sr No. 2) to repair my defected handset but you did not considered/cared my complaint and kept it unregistered with the promise that the faulty battery is being changed after obtaining it from your company. I made 3-4 personal visits to solve my problem but all in vain. Even you did not issue me any Job Sheet or any kind of receipt for my complaint. 3 On 4th February, 2014 I made an another visit to your authorize service center i.e. M/s Asian Communication, Thanera Bazaar, College Road Mandi H.P. (Sr No. 2) with the same problem but all vain. Again on 7th march, 2014 I visited said service center and this time said service center kept my mobile hand set along with its battery with the promise to resolve my complaint with 7 days with Job sheet no. M010012-0314-8515698. But till date, neither you returned my handset nor informed me the actual status of my mobile handset despite of my frequent visits.

(i) Replace this faulty handset with new/fresh mobile with an compensation of Rs 10000.00 for my mental harassment and inconvenience, or (ii) Return the actual prize paid to you for above referred faulty mobile handset of Rs. 11500.00, compensation of Rs 10000.00 for my mentally harassment and inconvenience with interest @18 % per year
