I have given my micromax canvas 4 A210 to the micromax service center at M/s. Shikar infotech hunuman mandir gali ,civil line,sagar (M.P.) for repairing my lock button but they cleared that problem and just changed my 13 mp camera to an ordinary low quality camera and after complaining NO action was taken.

The camera’s quality has changed from a 13mp camera to a 2 mp camera which has dec its rates from 15000rs to just 7000-8000 rupees.

My request is that a strict action should be taken against them so that the cheaters can get their proper punishment and the company should either replace my phone or change the camera.
