Micromax – dealy in repair warranty period

I had given my canvas A210 on March 8, 2014 for display blinking issue at M/S ABC Telecommunications ( U22, LCN, Ramesh Nagar Metro Station, Delhi-110015). They asked to collect the same after resolving the issue and when i collected my phone after 20th March , i found phone touch was not working properly at the same time i complained but Service Center Team said your phone was hanging this is not a problem of touch screen . I used phone for two days but that was the worst experience ever in my life again i went same service center and informed about the issue so they asked to go another center and given excuses that they’ll take 15-20 days to resolve the issue. Till date i have no update and when i called twice so they asked to wait some more days . My phone is still under warranty period More than 2 months 6 days complete but Micromax Service Center not able to resolve the problem. I think its a wastage of money and time with Micromax products. really its a china product . Plz help to get new one. I want new phone of same model or money back which i paid to buy that phone and apart from this want penalty to waste my time and disturbing mentally
