I ordered Micromax smartphone Canvas 4 (order # 1168) by making online payment on 9th July 2013. I was informed that the product will be delivered within 7 days. Inspite of many follow-up emails and attempts to call their telephone numbers, there has been absolutely no response.

Undue delay in delivering the device which I purchased by making upfront payment of Rs.17999/-. Micromax is totally ignoring all my complaints thus making me anxious if the product will be delivered as promised.

Immediate delivery of product or atleast status update of the order.
