This is regarding my micromaxx X350 Phone having problem of Signal and given on repair at Kishan sales & service Jamnagar city of Gujarat which is under warranty period I have given my phone for repair on 14.11.13 to kishan sales but as on today same is not repaired/received so I think it is too late and I thought to inform you the matter please. The Job sheet which I got from kishan sales is attach for your reference and number is N030314-1113-6413132. Today I have spoken to customer care number 1860500826 and the informed me that there is one more Job sheet number created for this same the number is N03031412136813808. I need my phone back as soon as possible or replacement with new one. You are requested to look into the matter and inform me what happen to the phone exactly and when I will get phone back.
