Airtel – Incorrect billing poor service

Airtel post paid mobile billing issue from past 8 months where CUG number is being charged where in 100% discounts to be provided for that number as per the terms as it is under same parent account number
resulting in high bill amount crossing 1000 rs every month

billing should be corrected as every month i cant call airtel for resolution and also response from nodal and appellate team is poor.
