I had ordered Micromax Juice A77 mobile phone from hs18, the order number – 937237649 on 11th Jan, 2014. I received the package and paid a full amount of Rs.7999 by COD as per the companies policy. Only after I opened the package did I realize that I had received the WRONG ITEM, I had received a Spice mobile MRP-Rs.1999.

I want a refund of Rs.300 courier charges for having sent the package to them, and I want the product that I had ordered to be delivered.
