Micromax – delay in repair not solved the problem

Final Complaint Copy which i have sent via email as telephonic conversation don’t give perfect statement so please find below details : Hello Folks, Myself Manish from Ahmedabad and have given my micromax mobile for repair on 16th April 2014 because there is home and back button not functioning well sometime its work but most time doesn’t and then I have to restore mobile default then its work about 2-3 hours well and then again same issue so gave to Service Center and at the same time executive said that repairing of mobile takes 2-3 days but after 2 days they called and said mobile needs to send at company as here it’s not possible to be get repaired and this will take 10-12 days, for such fast growing world company really takes these many days which seems was really made strange, but even i said its ok please proceed. By finished 10 days when i called to service centre statement was changed, and said this will takes 15 day minimum (really strange) and when it’s finished 15 days when i called then statement changed person said 15 to 20 days, by this time i got transferred and have to move Mumbai and I have request if possible then please deliver mobile at Mumbai Service Centre and got really rude and negative response and said we not providing such facilities, even i said i will collect from any Service Centre around Mumbai but still they not want to be convince in this statement. Even I can understand if there are some policy for employees to follow but still request could be get some solution. During time when I ask if possible then please provide HO number where I can call and ask if possible then please deliver mobile at Mumbai location but same response from there, after finished 20 Days when I called then executive said mobile in QC, This statement was on 5th May 2014 and she said for deliver mobile will take 2 days then I called after 2 days said still in QC, This is the question does it possible to take such a long time in QC but still accepted as such a big company and have a lot work load but on 9th May 2014 finally I said now it is not possible then please deliver mobile on Mumbai location of at Ahmedabad in any case because my last date was in Ahmedabad was 11th May 2014 and must have to move by any ways, The person Mr.Amit , Mobile dot com Micromax gave me his mobile number and said call me on Sunday if it is deliver then will provide you by Sunday it self and when did called then false statement again , roaming and roaming, finally I have emailed and ask for perfect statement which should be follow, and finally I got mobile on 26th Day on 12th May 2014 evening and person available there has provide it by the time, such a long time duration ended up. Now when I started use mobile from 12th to time when I am sending this email, I have restored it 3 time, and still same problem there. And found new problem during charging mobile its heating too much even we cannot take it in hand during charg. @Mr.Bharat Malik: Please
