I have giving my under warranty Micromax Phone Canvas 2 for repair as its one sim was not detecting and Jobsheet no is W3020011136319140. initial they said this will repaired in 25 Days. when i have called on 20th day they said still it is under part sportsmanship and asked me to follow up with Micromax. Same day called Micromax on 18605008286 and they Said it will be resolved mostly by 6th Dec and shared complete no 28111-34044.but no update on 6th then i have called again and i got date 16th and agin new date 26 th. and when i called on 28th .now they are saying it will take 15 more days. no commitment i am getting and when i have request to talk to some seniors they are not ready and cut-down my no.

Either i want my pone ASAP wih extended warranty or new phone. also compansation because of this delayed i have purcahsed new phone worth of 22 thousand.
