Sony TV – faulty product sold replace in warranty period

I started facing a problem with my TV on the 10th after having recently replaced a mother board in October this year. I have launched a complaint with Sony on the 15th December, 22nd December and 26th December with regards to the same problem. The problem still persists, there is little cooperation or adherence from Sony in resolving the issue. Every time, I complain with Sony , they transfer the service request to Aar Vee Infosys. Supposedly, one named Kesar Pathan contacts me and mockingly asks whether I’d launched a complain every time being full aware about the precedence and that I, as a consumer am very upset and still she pretends to be unaware of the situation and further infuriate me and worsen the situation. The service engineer having visited on the 16th has identified the problem and on the 19th I have received confirmation about the part needing replacement having reached the centre. Yet, today is 27th and I have received 0 communication or any attempts to address this issue , nor any updates or follow ups regarding the status of the complaint. There is pure negligence from Sony.

The TV should be repaired, the part should be genuine this time and not defected. The warranty period for the replaced part must be extended to begin from the date the new part is replaced.
