The servicing provided by micromax company is very unsatisfactory and poor , The newly branded mobile piece with model no. ” A300 ” Micro max canvas gold with IMEI number 911338900302276 has been found defective. The mobile has been purchased on November 6,2014 and it has been found faulty and defected.I paid 15,000 rupees not for this purpose that my new phone has to be send into repair center and then day after tomorrow they called the mobile phone has being repaired and then again informing it is still not repaired and will take 15-20 days. I don’t want any repaired piece now kindly exchanged the mobile with new one because how can I trust and ensure myself that this problem will not arise again in the future.I am not at all ready to take the repaired mobile phone now. The product has been submitted into Lakshmi nagar Service center with reference no. ( N030666-1114-13449271 ) on November 19,2014. I request you to replace my defected mobile with the new piece with in a week. my lots of important and urgent work is pending due to lack of servicing provided from your side. there is no response of any call mail or any mode of communication please take an immediate action against them.

loss of 15000 rupees since no replacement of mobile phone and no exchange.. loss of work and time as well.
