Micromax – exchange with faulty mobile at their sevice center and not exchanging

Sir, I am using Micromax A100 since August 2012, but my phone having the problem of vibration of screen frequently. In this regard I submitted my mobile to micromax service center, located at Arnav Mobile care for smart phone Near Kabootar Khana, Dadar(W), Mumbai on 01 June 2013. They asked me to collect mobile after 25 days. After getting sms for collecting mobile, I visited same service center to collect my mobile but I forgot to take battery with me. At evening of the same day, I found that my phone was totally changed and exchanged with other person’s mobile. It was showing other person name and it was locked with password so I could not open that. I again rushed to the service center for complaint for giving me other person mobile which was in very bad condition and having several problems. The service center taken mobile and retuned me same mobile after formatting at same time. The mobile was still having the problem of different operation automatically at a time without touching screen. I again launched complaint, by taking leave from my office, about mobile exchange with other one’s by service center. Service center again taken back that mobile with battery of the serial no. 5264 on 02nd July 2013. The Micromax service center of Dadar(W) kept my mobile with them for 36 days only for repairing purpose and returned mobile with other serial no. battery on 06th July 2013. Being change of battery, I registered my complaint again with them but they said me that we are giving you a new battery, which was totally false. The same service center is now closed by micromax. The same mobile phone which was repaired found switched off automatically around 30 minutes. I registered complaint wit phone customer care of Micromax. They provided me complaint no.0807131177 and suggested to call me after 7 days for resolution. The next day I called customer care for suggestion. They suggested me to submit mobile again to repairing center. After submission of my mobile to repairing center at borivali, I communicate to customer care through email. They were in hurry and suggested me to collect the mobile within a week through email and there is not sms received regarding closing the call but they said me that my call is closed. After reaching to Borivali Micromax Service center, the mobile is returned in same position without any repairing. Due to my several complaints on customer care and my worry on warranty period closing, they said me to forward scanned copy of purchasing bill, job sheet and my full address to extend the warranty on my mobile (as the mobile was under repairing more than one and a half months with service center). After the above query and submission of the scanned copy of required documents through email, the micromax service email customer care had taken U turn, started playing and continuously asking to collect mobile from service center and provide full address with bill and job sheet again and

1. The current mobile be exchanged with new one from upgraded virsion of Canvas4 Series with one year warranty. or 2. Provide me cash of Rs. 18000/- including mental hazards. or 3. Extending warranty of the current mobile for next two years further.
