Micromax funbook – Dead not getting power not repairable

I have Micromax funbook P560 purchased date 13-08-2013, in first week on May it’s dead not getting power on, i have submit it on 06-05-14 in Micromax authorized Service center S.R. Communication, they said that it will go to company for repair, after two weeks they asked me to get it collect so i went there for collection and counter boy said that it return from company without repair and you go to other service centre for repair it, after long arguments and force they again create job it and sending to company, i don’t know what they are doing. Can someone from Micromax support revert me on this ? what kind of service they providing even device is under warranty, how they can say that it’s not repairable or go to other service center ?? i want this repaired or new, otherwise i will go to consumer court, i have experience of consumer court below are device and job ID details Model – Fun-book P560 IMEI No. – SERMOB0185911304900143086 Job sheet / Request No. – N030719-0514-9756496 Complaint no from Micromax customer care – 2105141738 Service Center -S.R. i want my device back with working condition if they are not able to repair than i want new one i am waiting for my device from last more then 45days
