i had ordered the carlsberg bear glasses and the product is delivered to me today(26 june). As soon as i opened the packet i found that one of the left most corner glass is broken(as it is a pack of 6 glasses),i opted for cash on delivery and i have paid the money also. now what to do i don’t know, even the MRP is Rs 600/- on the packet they were displaying it 1500(on their web page) link-(http://shopping.rediff.com/product/6-pc-official-carlsberg-elephant-tall-pint-beer-glass-set/11909319?sc_cid=search_%20carlsberg). and then giving a discount of 50% to it making it 749. i m really very upset with the service and don’t know how to resolve the problem. please help me.

As the charge of glass is only 600 so they should charge 600 and in addition to that in order to attract customers they are providing the discount of 50% either they give a discount on actual price or they should be fined and penalized for making fool to their customers. as a compensation they should replace my product with new one and for extra charges they should give me one more set for free( as it has humiliated me in front of my friend and spoil my plans).they should also return my extra money.
