Hi, I bought K7 Total security anti virus for my laptop in 2013. The anti virus is for 3 years. Hanny(Hunny) Gupta came to my home and told me that this product can be used for 3 years and every year I need to renew it by using the number mentioned on the box. This year when 1 year anti virus services completed and I tried to renew it it was giving an error. My dad (arun vohra) and I made atleast 30 calls to Hunny Gupta , so he can tell us or help us to renew the service. His brother picks up phone and said that this product is not for 3 years but it can be used in 3 computers with same code. I told them that of course I do not have 3 computers and why would I buy something like that. then he said he will tell Hunny to come to our home and renew it as it is their mistake(they gave us fake info so we can buy this product). Since MAY we are trying to get this resolved however Hunny never picks up our calls and his brother never give us any info. We told them that we will file a compliant still they do not help us.

Either he should return my money or give us another 2 years anti virus product which was agreed.
