Purchased Micromax Funbook with Model No.: P-350 and Serial No.: 911235600501951 on 21-JAN-2013 from Sangeetha Mobiles in Chennai on the name in Invoice: Akhilesh Dey. Used the product for only 2 weeks after which it got a power fault and also it always got hanged. I had to shut down the same time and again. Got repaired first in March 2013 from OnSite Electro Services Pvt. Ltd. Again the same problem occurred just after 2 months and handed over to OnSite Electro Services on 22-JUN-2013. Yet to receive the product back from the service center. More importantly it is with them since 22-JUN-2013 and are providing any update on repair progress. I am completely disappointed and mentally harassed with their negligence and delay in service. I want the product and required compensation from the company.

As stated above, I want my product with complete monetary compensation on the grounds of negligence and delay in service leading to disappointment and mental harassment.
