Micromax Funbook P300 – I have been facing problems with the product

I have purchased a Micromax funbook P300 tablet on 19-01-2013 at Rs 6700/- but week after buying I have been facing problems with the product. I have given to repairing to authorized service center of Micromax for more than 6 times now but even after replacing all the compoments the problem did not resolve. Initially I was facing problem with battery backup but later on the list of problem has grown to abrupt shutdown , heating and touch screen issues. I have communicated through mail to cusotmer support and ask them to replce or refund my money since they did deliver me a product which they advertise. But they stopped communicating with me ever since.

I would be happy if I get my money back i.e. Rs. 6700 for this product, what ever expenses I incurred in relation to visiting customer service centre can be waived.
