I had purchased micromax canvass A92, from M/s Big C on 17.08.2013 vide Bill No.SI/Mcpt/8997, after purchase of the aforesaid instrument, problem started within 10 days, subsequently I handed over the mobile to the servicing centre and was told that there is a problem with the motherboard and would be repaired with in 7 working days, the very next day I got a call from the servicing department stating that there would be delay and the mobile phone would be handed over within 15-20 days.After 20 days when I went to inquire about the status of my phone, I was told the it would take another 30 days. Inspite of regular follow-up I am not getting a clarity on my phone and they are making to run from pillar to post.
My humble request to kindly arrange for a brand new piece in exchange of the damaged piece.
