Micromax Knight – Bad quality & zero customer support

Purchased a Micromax Knight Cameo A290 on 24.11.2014 of Rs. 12400/- Since the purchase of phone I faced many problems in its functioning. It had a problem of slow charging since its very beginning. One day the phone stopped charging at all and I went to the Micromax service center at Salabatpura, Surat 395002. I phone was there at service center for repairing for around 15-20 days. After servicing I received back my phone on 13.01.2015 stating that all the problems in the phone are resolved. But the moment I plugged my phone for charging I noticed current in the phone body. The problem of slow charging now increased. I could charge only 1-2% in an hour and suddenly the phone switched off and I could not Switch on the phone even after charging it. 14.01.2015 and 15.01.2015 were holidays and the service center was closed. So I went to service center at 16.01.2015. They took my phone back for service and my job Sheet no is W010917-0115-14532905. I called the customer care also for the speedy service but all in vain and did not receive any proper feedback. The customer care complain ID is 1901154061. I don’t understand whether I have purchased phone for keeping it at service center!!!!. If your phone is at service center for more than 25-30 days within 2 months of purchasing it, what is the quality of product and the customer service provided by the company. I am really sorry to say but I am regretting of wasting my Rs.12500 on such a quality phone. Rather I simple phone without any smart phone features could have given better utility than this phone. I am seriously facing very acute problem without phone. Kindly look into the matter at the urgent. Regards Deepali +91-9898767xxx
