JOB SHEET NO W01038605133622896 04 MAY 2013,complaint number is MMX0605134088,Mobile under warranty of free service, given on 04 May 2013 followed by commitment collect after max 15-25 days, as and when called after 25 days,many committment WAIT…, even today after 90 days, when again calling to customer care number:18605008286 ,on 31 Jul 2013, SAHIL – replied that such tie up with service centre not more reqd job sheet paper to scan and you reqd to wait more..even who ever you are on the response that i am customer..not providing accurate date of collection of repaired mobile instrument and charger…and even not communicating via email also that provide such docs…only talking via phone calls as and when we r calling for the follow up..Not a single communication rcd from the company and email reply is forwarded your complaint to the concerned dept they will revert back soon..???why such delay and even delayed why not a single message from the company side??why they are hesitate to write in email to provide such reason..if the customer not calling NOT REPLY ANYTHING AND LET THEM WAIT???I ve done more than 250 emails and 92 calls ..but to result and not rcd the dully repaired mobile and charger till date?? what the action we can take on such kind of company??cheater?fraud?mis behaving staff?communication gap??not satisfying the customer??
PAID RS 4900/- FOR MICROMAX MOBILE MODE A57 NINJA- I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY OWN MOBILE EVEN ITS MY PURCHASE.TOTAL ANGER AND FED UP THAT NO COMMUNICATION IN WRITTEN VIA EMAIL ALSO THAT TIE UP CANCELLED AND NOT A SINGLE MESSAGE FROM THE COMPANY THAT FELL SORRY FOR SUCH DELAY AND COLLECT REPAIRED MOBILE INSTRUMENT AND CHARGER ON THIS EXACT DATE??IF WE ARE CALLING THE STATES WAIT
I WANT MY MOBILE AND CHARGER DULLY REPAIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AT THE EARLIEST, IF POSSIBLE TODAY!!!!FROM 04 MAY 2013 TO TILL 31 JULY 2013 DONE 250 EMAILS AND 92 CALLS ….AFTER COMPLETE ALL COMMITMENT FROM THE COMPANY ..BY LAST DAY OF COMMITMENT CALLING WISH I MAY VE MY MOBILE BACK??WHY COMPANY NOT REPLYING TO THE CUSTOMER ??
