Sir, i bought my canvas 2plus(a110q) phone in aug 2013, and before July 2014 it was working properly but few days later.. it started showing problems, it was not picking p the charge and when i gave it to the customer center of the concerned company, they also kept it for few days and returned me back without fix the issue. i talked to other person who buyer the phone, they told me that they were facing the same issue which was being faced by me. so there by i want to file a consumer complaint against them.

a compensation for all the problems i faced a proper lawsuit being filed against them so that in the future they sell genuine and good quality phones to the consumers and as for the fact they can not fulfill the time which was wasted cause of them but i want a reasonable compensation for my loss.
