Micromax Mobile – Defective and many Issues

I purchased a Micromax A67 phone from Flipkart.com on 25 Nov 2013. The phone started developing problems from the first month of purchase due to which I had to visit the service center 4-5 times. The service center have addressed the issue but within a few days either the same problem has reoccurred or a new problem has cropped up Even now the phone is still under defective condition and I am not able to use the phone. Below is a list of defects that I have faced till now: – Battery not charging – Touch screen (repaired twice – problem still persists) – Speaker not working/defective sound (repaired – problem still persists) Phone Details: Micromax Bolt A 67 Seller – WS retail Services Pvt Ltd (Flipkart.com) IMEI: 911328102339xxx, 911328102339xxx Purchase date: 25/11/2013 I have writen 2 email to Micromax but have received a standard response from them saying that as per policy they will not exchange or refund the phone cost. I have hence paid for goods that are of substandared condition and the company is not recdy to do any thing aboout it. I do not wish to keep on running after the servoce center all hte time and want to seek your assistance to get a permanent solution to this issue
