MicroMax Mobile – Defective Handset Not in Working Condition from SnapDeal

I had indented for MicroMax Canvas 2 Plus with Snapdeal in the first week of June Order no 1035300250. I had received my handset on 15/06/2013 (Cash On Delivery). The handset provided to me is defective . I had call up the snapdeal and logged a complain Complain no 2321150. I have been following up since last 4 days but no positive response at their end. The Invoice is dated 07/06/2013. As per Service centre of MicroMax Canvas 2 Plus at Dadar ( Mumbai) The 7 days post the Invoice date is over and they cannot provide DOA ( Death on Arrival). I am begging with Snap deal to extend the date from the invoice date but no positive response at their end. I am being cheated by them. Request your help in resolving the issue on priority basis.

Refund of my money with compensation for all the inconvience caused by Snapdeal
