Dear Sir on 27.10.2013 i have purchase the Micromax mobile From Yamunanagar . it contain Problem after 6 months.The Problem is :- Earphone Jack not Working Properly . I will visit Customer Care center For REplace it Since Last 6 Months but no any center Take Serious Action . I will Give it to Kurukshetra Aditya Communication Micromax Care For Repair it 4 Times But all time they give it back to me after just Software of mobile . 0n 27.10.2014 i submit it to customer care for repair it again . after 7 days they Replace it to me without repair . And care Executives use my mobile during this period as personal use. now i want company Give me new handset in Exchange . IMEI No. :- 1.911331650221721 2.911331650521724. Please Take Strick Action i am in Depression Due to very Expenses on Traveling and Tension .
