Dear Sir / Mam, I have purchased one mobile, It is the Micromax Company, Model No. A 87 from Rajkot, Gujarat INDIA I got the fault in that mobile, than I have concern to Micromax Service Centre at Rajkot. They have checked the mobile and accept the company fault, They said have to give us mobile, we’ll send this to our head service centre. They commit us they will return back that model by 15 days. Mobile is in warranty. We had given this piece in service dated on 04/09/2013, on that day they told us we’ll return this piece in 15 days. but today they passed almost 53 days yet we have not received the mobile. during this period we ha mail Micromax Co. but just getting the reply that our team is working on this.
