I purchased micromax handset a-65 on 7.04.2013 from a retailer in laxmi nagar for rs.6200. I was facing problem in flash of my mobile. I send this to service center for repairing of this technical problem on 15/04/2013 and till then they have not given me back my mobile and they very day make new excuses that sir you will be given new phone or wait for more 2 days etc. And even then they said that it is not their fault( service center) this product has this problem itself and it cannot be removed.

Lost in terms of money and as well as my time to visit every time whenever they call me to come. I want my money back or give me new handset.
