Micromax Mobile – Handset Touchscreen is faulty

I was informed that my handset screen is faulty and it will be replaced. they took 14 days to return the set but with no use as the screen fitted with was faulty too. Some new malfunctions like non function of sensor, non working of key lights etc. After struggling with the handset for 1 week again i went to the above service center. They lodged a fresh complaint but since then whenever i am inquiring they are saying thata parts are coming. I personally went to them then i realized that the job work not at all started. they are giving silly excuses. After,few inquiries they are talking rudely and giving same excuses. No coordination from dealer or helpline in letting me know the deadline for repairs & arrogant behavior – I am just being informed there is major issue in cell phone and parts are ordered apart no update, Due to which I am feeling insecure and being cheated. My expectation is my cell is under warranty period & why shall I face the product related issue for such long time when I was been assured for the durability of the product and after sales service. I expect Bill amount Rs.16,199.00 refunded for my mobile, The latest job sheet is attached for your reference, kindly Help me out of this inconvenience. I want the Company to provide me with a brand new Mobile handset or else I may be refunded the entire amount of the mobile handset.
