Micromax Mobile in Warranty, Replacement Delayed

I gave my mobile to the Micromax service center on 24/10/14 as it was not switching on.Service no.7535.I got a call from the center after few days and i was told my mobile’s mother board is defective and it must be sent to the company..then from 12/12/14, I called tghem atleast 20+ times asking for my mobile …no reply

I want my mobile to be replaced as soon as possible ..and Action shouyld be taken on the authorities of the service center …
