I purchased one Nokia mobile battery BP-4L from Flipkart.com online vendor @ Rs 549 having order no – OD101559347766848400. Product delivered to my address but on using it is not at all charging. On request customer service they reverted me it is not possible to return or replace with working and good battery.

It would have damaged my mobile device and in many cases duplicate batteries burst causing lot of damages. My time, trust and money is wasted and betrayed under the law of land.
