Aircel – Postpaid to Prepaid conversion delay

Submitted a Postpaid to Prepaid conversion request on 17th November 2014 at OMR Road Aircel customer care center. During request, I’ve mentioned about the reason for conversion and my availability date. I’ve paid all the dues as the quote given by customer care executive with in the due date. Additionally they have collected Rs.500 cash on spot for recharge & booster plan activation to use after prepaid conversion. After several email conversations, the service converted to prepaid but connections are still in hold. Says “This Number temporarily not in use”. Customer care now advising to call to some IVR number to make request to enable the service. Since I traveled to overseas, I cannot make that steps. I really fedd up in following the customer care for past 45 days, I decided to sacrifice my fancy numbers and throw the sim cards now. I am no more interested to continue Aircel connections. There are several things discussed over the email chain which I have attached in this complaint. Below are my numbers: 7299944xxx, 7299944xxx Customer care department is not making the process clear to the customer on their request. I was a sincere postpaid customer for more than two years. But when I migrate to prepaid, they don’t care as there income may be not consistent.

Connections are not active since several days and Aircel is not interested anymore with the prepaid customer(me), So I don’t want to use the connections anymore, I want the Rs.500 back which I paid.
