Micromax – Mobile Issues – Customer Care

i had purchased my mobile , micromax unite model no.A092 from mobile experts G-11 Ground Floor,East Delhi Mall, Gzb vide invoice no.503 dated 19.06.2014 but after few days it started showing problem, to detect that i went to your authorised service center name M/s VI communication , shop no83A 1st floor, Radhey puri extn. delhi and submit my above mentioned product at center on 03-07-14 , they issued me a computer generated job sheet vide request no.NO31598071410615925. But i m sorry to say that being a consumer i have been constantly harrassed by you people ( deployed at your service center) it seems that i have done some crime by purchasing micromax mobile and treated in the same manner at your service center.. although they never come up over the phone , whenever i physically visit the center they asked me to come after next week.. this is ridiculous. is this way a customer is handled by service center..? thou my phone is new and under warranty for 1 year.. and the fault is from company side , then why should i bear this pain and loss hereby i am requesting you to look into the matter very seriously, and return or replace my phone (whichever circumstances is possible) to me at the earliest. also attaching : 1. scanned copy of bill 2. scanned copy of material received note ( service center) thanking you for anticipation Ajay kumar B-13B, KAMAL VIHAR KARAWAL NAGAR DELHI-110094 MOBILE NO: 987398XXX & 9968224XXX IMEI NO 1. 911367250219848 IMEI NO 2. 911367250469898
