Subject: Complain for not receving phone from service center for more than three months Dear team, Product – Mobile Micromax A87 Dealer-The Mobile store,Gandhinagar,Gujarat Purchase date – 15-Dec-2012 Warranty – Micromax(First year) + The Mobile store (second year) Detail :- As my phone was not working due to screen problem, I have given to The Mobile store, Gandhinagar on around 25-Dec-2013.First It was sent to Mumbai, then i was informed within 15 days that the defect could not resolve under warranty terms and to collect phone from Gandhingar.Then i went to Gandhinagar from Mumbai(as I was working in Mumbai) to Gandhinagar to take the phone.I was told that phone was not there and it would come within 2 days.Then My brother went there(from Bhavnagar to Gandhinagar), again they have told it would come in 2-3 days.Then I have told them to send via courier(As we have wasted our time and money to go Gandhinagar). After many folloups from phone and e-mails, still they have not given me a phone.It is around 3 months and I still did not get my phone.I have all documents regarding this.My phone is still with The Mobile store,Gandhinagar,Gujarat from more than 3 months.I have faced much difficulties because of them. I have also provided all details regarding IMEI and other details asked by them.Please find attachment for the same. Kindly help me in this as soon as possible. As I have suffered such problems described above so I have decided that now I want my phone with repaired situation or equivalent amount of my phone so I can purchase same phone.I have also communicated with them and put my demand but I did not get any updates.Please find attached Conversation with them.
