Actually we bought SAMSUNG three star Split AC from Kalyani Enterprises which is located in RP road. From the time the AC was installed in our room the Room doesn’t get cool, It’s more like running a fan. The room doesn’t get cool even after running for 6hrs continously at 18-20 degrees. It would be a great help from Core, if you can help.

I want my money back or Replace a new AC. So many times the AC servcing engg have come and checked still the problem is same.
