On Sep 12 2014 I placed a complaint in their Micromax service center and submitted the Mobile Phone as well. Ref:Job-Sheet N030672091412119929, IMEI:911334851355538/911334851600537. The service center promised to solve the problem 20 working days. After 20 working days the case wasn’t solved and was told to initiate further inquiry with care center only. I initiated inquiry with care center on 12th Oct 2014. Care center informed the case was escalated to high priority and promised that it will be solved in 7 days. After every 7 days they say the same words that it will be solved in 7 days.
Mobile Phone was the lifeline of my business. I faced heavy loss due to lack of communication. I am facing hyper tension due to their poor service and repeating replies.
