I have booked my Micromax Canvas HD (A116) mobile through snapdeal.com on 20th Feb 2013, which was delivered to me on 30th March 2013. Around in second week of June 2013, my mobiles receiver/ringer stopped working, so I have submitted my phone with Micromax service center in Pune. After one week, I have visited service center to check my mobile. When I checked my mobile literally I was surprised after seeing the mobile has lots of issues created by Micromax service center. For only one issue, I have deposited my mobile in service center but they have created many more issues (at least 4-5 issues). After lots of chaser, they advised me to collect the product. When I have tested that product, I feel the mobile was totally damaged. When I have raised this issue with Micromax, they are least bother on there customer services. I have requested them to look into this matter, now more than a week is passed, there was no prompt & positive reply from them.
Please take strict action on Micromax for producing such damaged mobiles, if possible and not entertaining there customer issues with prompt solutions. How any person can keep phone more than a month with service center after spending Rs. 13990/- without any standby handset. As this mobile is having lots of issues, I need replacement for this faulty mobile with new handset (mobile phone). As a compensation for my losses, I am expecting the higher version of Micromax Canvas HD (Canvas 4) or give me my money back (13990/- + the interest from the date of booking). Note:- As I have purchased this mobile on EMI, interest should be applicable on that basis only.
