This is with reference to my Complain No. MMX2712121779 of dated 27th Dec 2012. Please note that I have purchase a New Micromax A-87 on 18 Sep 2012 (Copy of Bill attached for your ready reference) and the same instrument has gone dead on 11th Dec 2012 which I produced to their Service Centre (Bhagwati Mobile Communicatin, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) on 12th Dec 2012, with delivery date within 15 days. On 27th Dec 2012, when I asked them to return my mobile they told me that they did not received the part of my phone due to which it was not repaired. I immediately called the customer care of Micromax company and they provide me the above said Complain No. and also promise me to give the feedback about my phone, which they did not fulfill. Now it is more than 23 days has been passed, but I did not received any communication from either side.

I was the only phone with me which I deposited with the Service Center of the Micromax Co. and I taken the Phone of My wife for which she suffering till date.

Company should be asked to pay the compensation for the mental harassed due to there irresponsible behavior.
