I understand that sales are important but after sales services are equally important. MICROMAX after sales service is literally pathetic. I mean how can a service center keep the phone for service for whole 6 months. I am not only very very disappointed but also angered by the after sales service attitude of the company. Mentioned below are the details of the phone that i had given for service which has not yet come back to me even after 6 months. My phone job Sheet no : E070074_0514_9458649 IMEI: 911302555985249 IMEI: 911302555985256 Every time we call customer care they will ask for another week or two and then they wont get back .Now the situation is they dnt have track of the phone set also they keep saying we have sent to another service center and keep making excuses for the same. Please look into the issue and get my phones repaired as soon as possible. Please raise the quality of your service so that an Indian can vest their trust in an Indian brand.
