I Placed a order Micromax canvas 2.2 black on 12 th may 2014 with order no 3110300797575. Payment is done by using axis bank credit card with 12 months emi scheme. As per order they promised that product will be shipped 3 working days but till date they did not shipped the order. As when I called the service centre for more than 8 times then they finally replied me that due to some system error my order is delayed and will be shipped in next 24 to 48 hours. As I saw online review i think they are cheating with me so please help in this.

I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible or to refund my money back as soon as possible.
