Micromax – Mobile not working staff stopped responding

I bought a MICROMAX YU YUREKA android phone in February 2015. i have no problems with the cellphone. But the phone stopped working after i tried to root the device and i semt email to the customer support from where i was assured that my phone will be replaced with a new one as it is under warranty period. Im another email they told me that the replacement process has been initiated. but its been a week now and i haven’t got the new handset or any information regarding the replacement process as to when or how i will get the new handset. I tried calling their customer support number and after many tries i am not still not abke to talk to any of their customer care representatives. They don’t have any alternate Sumner and they have stopped responding to my emails. As i do online business mostly, my business is getting affected because my smartphone is not working. I wrote them about my problem and still i am not getting any reply from them.

The new handset in one week’s time or my whole money back.
