We’ll send cab details 20 mins prior to pickup time. T&C apply, visit www.merucabs.com” i got a message from them with the driver details “Thank you for choosing Meru for 04 May 2015 at 05:15. Cab: KA41A6132, Chauffer: NARASIMHAPPA B, Cell: 988023xxx will reach you. T&C apply, visit www.merucabs.com” The driver didnt call and when i tried calling him up , his phone was switched off. I reached out to the call centre and they said the next cab they could arrange was at 6:00AM I am not sure why i need to book the service in advance when they can’t provide cabs as promised.
