Micromax A94 Mobile – Without any Product Liablity

Dear Team, first I am explaining my current problem – I was currently using Micromax A94 Model there was some power key problem was created on 24th May hence I have visited your one of service station Phonix Services they have checked the phone and told there is the small problem will repair in short time and give you back they have generated the work order No W010632 – 0415 – 16287446 and told will revert with in 7 working days to you. Currently now have called the service station they have not replied on phone hence I have visited the service station at this time now they are telling due to the major problem we have sent your phone to our head office delhi and it will come after 25 working days. At the time of first visit and work order generation I have confirm three times the returning time will 7 working days but now as the habits of your company & your vendors they change the commitments. Second instance – As per appended trail mail I have fight too much for repairing of my GC 222 instrument which was CDMA+GSM but when I have visited your service stations they told its CDMA but specific for TATA CDMA which was never written any where. When I have finally called your customer they told to take this written from your service station but your service station peoples never ready to give in written hence final I have give that instrument to one of repairing station people but they also replied that this is the micromax company’s instrument which is not reliable company hence I have given him only at just Rs. 200/- as per him he will just use some part to repair other mobile phones. Third Instrument – I have started to buying the Micromax Instrument with A111 doodle which was also some how just missed out from my self hence the same was also not worked hence I have visited your service station they told at that time this is water damaged hence it will not covered in free Service criteria. Hence the same was also I have given to the same repairing shop’s person. As per all above instances I feel that you have just created the company without any product liabilities and responsibilities. Also as per all this you feels you are not liable to the Indian consumer laws and you all do as per your wishes.

I Want all my money back for all handsets. Also wants compensations for which i have suffered.
