My mobile details are provided(IMEI:911239258570060). Name of buyer – Divya Pandey The mobile I had bought nearly 3 months ago and it started showing problems of touch later on.I company and they promised me repair as per the warranty conditions.After returning my mobile after 20 days of submission the mobile showed the same problems again and I had to again submit the mobile at the service centre but even after 20 days they are not returning back my mobile phone to me saying that they don’t have parts of mobile phone.

As a result of this problem I do not have a mobile phone for the last 40 days or so.The company is neither giving back my mobile nor giving any responses to phone and also they are not giving any relief and compensation.I am losing important calls as I am a business man I cant afford to do so Kindly intervene

I want a new mobile with no such problem because 40 days is hell of a time to repair a mobile or I want my money returned back completely.
