Micromax Mobile Phone DEad within 14 Days of Purchase – No replacement

Dear Sir, Please note that we purchased a A110 canvas 2 on 15.7.2013 ( Invoice Attached ) by having a trust on Micromax that their services/Quality of mobile phone would have been improved but as the image I was thinking it is nothing . This phone’s touch panel not working since 28th July only within 14days of purchasing ( shows quality ) , and after that the services after sales, for this I contact the customer care they give me the no. and the address of Chauhan communication Ghaziabad and I deposit the handset on 01st of august to them and I was very surprise when I came to know that it will take minimum 15-20 days, as they don’t have any part at the service station, it will come from the company and after that it will repaired. After this I lodged a complaint for the same on 05.08.2013 vide complaint no. 0508130045 and they told me that it will done in 7 working days, today they say we will tell you tomorrow the seventh working day from the complaint that when the problem will be fix. So now I am writing to you with hope that Micromax is having a company policy for the same. So please intervene in the same. Waiting for your positive reply. Thanks in advance
